Bottlebeez is a multipurpose app aimed at venues and consumers. It lets you book a table or request to join a table in any venue near-by and venues can manage their offering and customers via a guest management system and the app.

Customers get a turn-key experience from booking your table, to entering the club with ease and inviting your guests to join you. They can also see what table has been booked for the night and request to join the host as his or her guest.

Bottlebeez serves as a money processing platform for customers to pre-pay their table in a safe and secure way.

Booking a table: Every venue updates its offering daily, weekly or on a monthly basis and customers enjoy same-day booking via the app. Once the table is booked, the host has access to a range of people that he can invite to join him or her, according to the number of guests allowed in accordance with his table spending. Host has the option to make his booking private or public so guests can request to join.

Requesting invitation: A guest can request to join a table if that table is public and the remaining number of guests allows it so. After getting accepted to join a booking as guest, the app generates a QR code for the guest to be able to enter the venue and join the host.

VIP: Every host and guest has access to a QR code specific to the table booking to be able to enter the venue. The venue staff will scan the QR code and validate your entrance for a seamless and smooth experience at the door.

Filters: They allow you to choose the people you want to be matched with based on their age and gender.

Chat: Bottlebeez has a chat feature that allows the guest and the host to always be in communication until meeting at the venue.
